2nd day in Austin. Jenggot, my tour guide, wasn't around during the earlier part of the day. Decided to stroll around Texas State Museum and it's amazing how diversified this place is even in the 19th century. Women were already protesting for their rights in the earlier days and African American women actually helped in prep of equipment during WW2. (remember the discrimination which brought rise to Martin Luther King in 1960s? These women were already treated equally in 1940s!) Posted by Picasa
